Cloud Dough

The girls had a great time with this cloud dough. The recipe calls for 8 cups of flour and 1 cup of baby oil; we only made a half batch.  Combine in a bowl and mix with your hands until it resembles bread crumbs.  I wasn't sure how this would turn out, but it was great! Super soft and moldable.  The girls quickly took to making castles with it for their princesses. Then they kept saying, "We need more sloppy joes for the princesses."

Once the girls were finished playing with it we decided to see if we could make a volcano. I decided the cloud dough wouldn't hold up to being a volcano, so I took a small vase with baking soda in it and formed the cloud dough around it.  Poured in the vinegar and to the girls surprise got a volcano. Other then clean up that was the end of our cloud dough. I would recommend doing this outside if possible because it gets very messy!
